The SPC Culinary Arts program is opening doors to an extraordinary opportunity: its first Study Abroad trip to Northern Italy in May 2026!
Another school year is coming to a close, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the time we’ve spent in the kitchen classrooms with our students. We are finishing out the semester in the labs, learning about butchery, baking, and catering/special events! Soon, we will be planting year two of the Sean Jones memorial Culinary.
Happy (Belated) New Year, Culinarians! Oof, this has been a busy year! We cannot believe that we are already two-thirds of the way through the school year! We have crammed so much into this short time and are having a blast doing it.
Wow—this fall semester seems to have flown by! It’s been an incredibly busy and exciting time at ºì¶¹ÊÓÆµ, with so many wonderful developments in store for students next year.
Whew! Where Did September Go?It feels like we blinked, and suddenly, the first month of culinary school at ºì¶¹ÊÓÆµ is already behind us! September always zooms by in a flurry of kitchen action.
